3、水力旋流器結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

3. Structural Features of Hydro-cyclone:

（1）產(chǎn)品用聚氨酯彈性體材料制作內(nèi)襯，具有耐磨性強(qiáng)，重量輕，不為酸、堿、鹽溶液腐蝕，不易老化，不發(fā)生銹蝕等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但不應(yīng)在大于80℃時(shí)工作。

(1) The linings of such products are made of polyurethane elastomer materials. They enjoy advantages such as strong abrasion resistance, light weight, no corrosion by acid, alkali or salt solutions, no aging easily, and no rusting. However, they shall not work at temperature of higher than 80℃.

（2）本產(chǎn)品適用于含固體泥漿（包括低黏度溶液）的顆粒分級(jí)、濃縮、脫泥及水質(zhì)凈化作業(yè)，可用于選礦廠的閉路磨礦分級(jí)，尾砂輸送或用于井下充填、筑壩時(shí)的尾礦濃縮，非金屬礦及化工原料的粉體制備，油田鉆井泥漿的除 凈化，環(huán)保廢水處理等作業(yè)。

(2) Such products apply to size grading, concentration, desliming, and water purification of slurry containing solid (including low-viscosity solution), close circuit of grinding and tailing transportation at ore dressing plants, tailing thickening during underground filling and damming, powder preparation of nonmetallic ores and chemical raw materials, purification of oilfield drilling slurry, wastewater treatment, etc.

（3）聚氨酯由模具澆柱而成，因此內(nèi)部幾何形狀尺寸準(zhǔn)確，內(nèi)表面非常光滑。

(3) Polyurethane is cast by moulds. Therefore, its internal geometry size is accurate and internal surface is very smooth.

（4）給料口的形狀采用螺旋線進(jìn)料或漸開線進(jìn)料，因此進(jìn)料過程中能獲得預(yù)分離作用，提高分離效率。

(4) The shape of feed inlet is spiral line or involute. Therefore, preseparation effects can be achieved during the material feeding process and separating efficiency can be improved.

（5）合理的流道結(jié)構(gòu)、光滑的內(nèi)表面，盡可能少的泄露點(diǎn)等，使得水力旋流器凈化效果好，安裝簡(jiǎn)單，維修方便。

(5) Reasonable flow passage, smooth internal surface, fewest possible leakage points, etc enable the hydrocyclone to produce good clarification effects and be easy for installation and maintenance.

(6) According to the needs of process flow, appropriate diameter of overflow pipe and diameter of spigot are determined according to calculation and test.
