XCRS型濕式磁選機(jī)主要應(yīng)用于金屬選礦實(shí)驗(yàn)室。它利用濕式方法對(duì)細(xì)粒強(qiáng)磁性礦石進(jìn)行磁選，選別形式為順流式。磁選機(jī)體積小、重量輕，操作簡(jiǎn)單、維護(hù)方便。該設(shè)備不宜進(jìn)行帶有腐蝕性液體的選礦試驗(yàn)。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

鼓形磁選機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)裝開(kāi)式磁系，當(dāng)給礦時(shí)能迅速地分選出磁性礦物，磁性礦物在槽中被磁力吸在鼓面上，受磁力攪拌下甩掉污泥，最后隨鼓面旋轉(zhuǎn)借助于沖水排出機(jī)外。

XCRS Wet Magnetic Separator is mainly designed for labs for metallic mineral processing. It conducts concurrent magnetic separation of fine-grain ores with strong magnetism by use of Wet Method. It is small in volume, light in weight, simple in operation and convenient in maintenance. However, it is unsuitable to be used in beneficiation tests with corrosive liquors. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

Drum Magnetic Separator is provided with an open magnetic system in its rotary drum to rapidly separate magnetic minerals, which will be absorbed by magnetic force on the surface of drum and threw off sludge in agitation by magnetic force before being washed out of the separator with the help of rotation of drum surface.

XCQS型濕式磁選機(jī)是由磁選機(jī)主體及鼓形電源兩部分所組成。磁選機(jī)主體主要包括：（1）機(jī)架（2）磁鼓（3）礦槽（4）噴水管（5）傳動(dòng)裝置（6）給礦箱

XCQS wet magnetic separator consists of two parts, the main body and drum power supply. The main body the magnetic separator mainly includes: (1) frame (2) magnetic drum (3) ore tank (4) spray pipe (5) transmission device (6) feed tank.

鼓形電源為一單獨(dú)的硅橋式整流電源、其輸出是通過(guò)調(diào)壓器手柄進(jìn)行調(diào)整的。

The drum power supply is a separate silicon bridge rectified power source whose output is adjusted through the handle of voltage regulator.

1、機(jī)架：由角鋼焊制，為整個(gè)機(jī)器的支承部分。

1. Frame: The frame is welded by angle iron. It is the supporting part of the whole machine.

2、磁鼓：內(nèi)裝有四個(gè)激磁線圈及磁鐵芯，并在其排礦側(cè)裝有一個(gè)沒(méi)有激磁線圈的附加磁極，以利于卸礦，這五個(gè)在磁極形成扇形固定在心軸上，心軸通過(guò)支軸承瓦固定在機(jī)架上，圓筒系用非磁性材料鋁及不銹鋼制成，扇形線圈的連接以造成在每磁極掌上磁場(chǎng)極性的交變、礦粒每通過(guò)一個(gè)磁極即翻轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)180度，在磁攪拌的作用下，可以改善磁性產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。在心軸的一端，為方形的外伸結(jié)構(gòu)，可以用手板，使磁鼓內(nèi)磁極繞軸向旋轉(zhuǎn)，以適應(yīng)不同礦種的選別需要。

2. Magnetic drum: Four excitation coils and magnetic cores are installed inside the magnetic drum. Besides, an interpole is without excitation coil is installed at the side of the magnetic drum along which the ore is discharged, to facilitate the discharging of ores. These form a sector and are fixed on the mandrel. The mandrel is fixed on the frame through bearing bushing. The drum is made of non-magnetic aluminum and stainless steel. The connection of sector coil causes the alternation of magnetic field polarity on every magnetic pole palm. The ore grains turn 180°each time it passes one magnetic pole. Under the action of magnetic stirring, the quality of magnetic products can be improved. At one end of the mandrel is square extension structure which can be pulled by hand, to get the magnetic pole in the magnetic drum to rotate axially so that it can meet the requirements for the sorting of different ore types.

3、傳動(dòng)裝置：安裝在機(jī)架的底部一側(cè)，為了降低整機(jī)的重心，傳動(dòng)部分由三項(xiàng)交流電動(dòng)機(jī)及蝸輪、蝸桿變速箱所組成，變速箱的輸出通過(guò)鏈條傳動(dòng)至磁鼓，帶動(dòng)磁鼓旋轉(zhuǎn)（磁極是不隨之轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的），磁鼓的轉(zhuǎn)速為恒轉(zhuǎn)速25轉(zhuǎn)/分，磁鼓旋轉(zhuǎn)力方向與給礦方向一致。

3. Transmission device: The transmission device is installed at one side of the bottom of the frame. To lower the center of gravity of the machine, the transmission part is composed of three phase alternating current motor, worm gear and worm gear box. The output of gear box is transmitted to the magnetic drum through chains, to drive the rotation of magnetic drum (the magnetic pole does not rotate with it). The magnetic drum rotates at a constant speed of 25 R/min. The direction of rotary force of the magnetic drum is consistent with the direction of ore feeding.

4、礦槽：

4. Feed Tank

由鋁及不銹鋼板焊制而成，用螺絲固定在機(jī)架上；在礦槽的給礦側(cè)設(shè)有保持液面高度的溢留口，在排精礦槽體下部設(shè)有接精礦嘴以便接礦。

The feed tank is welded by aluminum and stainless steel plate. It is fixed on the frame with screws. An overflow mouth to keep the liquid level is set at the side of feed tank along which ores are fed. Concentrate feeding mouth is set at the bottom of the concentrate discharging tank to receive ores.

5、噴水管：

5. Spray Pipe

安裝在機(jī)架上的一根帶孔銅管，與室內(nèi)水源相接，用于磁鼓上精礦的沖洗；噴水角度可以通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)噴水管進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。

A copper pipe with hole installed on the frame is connected to the indoor water source and is used to wash the concentrate on the magnetic drum. The spray angle can be adjusted through the rotation of spray pipe.

6、給礦箱：

6. Feed Tank

箱體由不銹鋼板焊接而成，其作用是保證給礦時(shí)的均勻性。

The feed tank is welded by stainless steel plate which is used to ensure the homogeneity during material feeding.
