I. Purpose

NDC型濃度計，是一種快速測定礦漿濃度裝置，由于它結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，價格低廉，廣泛使用于地質(zhì)，冶金部門的試驗室，選礦廠，作為快速檢測礦漿之用。

Concentration meter model NDC is a device for quick determination of pulp density. Thanks to its simple structure and low price, model NDC has been widely used in laboratories of geology and metallurgy sectors and concentration plant for rapid detection of ore slurry.

II. Structure

NDC型濃度計為3公斤稱重裝置，和一個1升容積的量筒組成。其稱重機(jī)構(gòu)為一雙經(jīng)過校正的精密彈簧，彈簧上端借助兩只M3的螺釘，固定在支架上，另一端則掛在彈簧上，礦漿量筒的重量是通過荷鉤彈簧簧架，加在稱重彈簧上，稱重彈簧在負(fù)荷作用下的變形量，是通過彈簧架上的具條架、齒條齒輪、軸、帶動指針作旋轉(zhuǎn)移動，指示出經(jīng)過專門設(shè)計的濃度值。濃度值的換算是在1公斤礦漿容積下進(jìn)行的，因此量筒的誤差，就直接影響到濃度計的測量精度。

Concentration meter model NDC is composed of a 3kg weighing device and a 1L measuring cylinder. The weighing mechanism is a pair of calibrated precision springs, of which the upper parts are fixed to the support with two M3 screws; the other end hangs on spring. The weight of measuring cylinder is loaded to weighing spring through load hook spring bracket. The deformation quantity of weighing spring under load indicates the specially designed concentration value through the rotation of pointer driven by staddle on spring frame, rack pinion and shaft. The concentration value is converted based on the slurry volume of 1kg; hence, the cylinder error will directly influence the measurement accuracy of concentration meter.
