一、用途：

本機主要適用測定石料的磨耗率。

四、使用方法：

IV. Operation Method

1、試驗前必須檢查線路是否完好，并用手撥動滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)是否轉(zhuǎn)正常（按筒旋轉(zhuǎn)箭頭方向）。同時，將計數(shù)調(diào)整到零位。

1. Be sure to check if the line is in good condition before test and to rotate the cylinder to check if it rotates normally (in the direction of arrow). And then set the counter to zero position.

2、將試用的碎石料和鋼球裝入筒內(nèi)、密封蓋好、擰緊螺釘、開動儀器轉(zhuǎn)動500轉(zhuǎn)后停止，取出試樣。

2. Place the gravels and steel balls into cylinder, cover the seal gland, fasten the screw and start the instrument. Stop the machine after 500 rounds of operation and take out the test sample.

3、用直徑2㎜圓孔篩式邊長2.6㎜方孔篩。篩法試樣中的石屑，用水沖洗留在篩上的碎石烘重、恒重，準(zhǔn)確稱出重量。

3. Screen the stone chips from the test sample with round-hole sieve with a diameter of 2mm or square-hole sieve with an edge length of 2.6mm. Wash and dry the gravels left on the sieve and weigh them accurately.

1、按下列計算石料磨耗率精確至0.1%。
