CGY-1型野外工作活動房適用于鉆探、礦區(qū)、選礦廠、林區(qū)、山區(qū)、災(zāi)區(qū)、探險、自駕車旅游等行業(yè)職工短期或長期居住，相比采用傳統(tǒng)帳蓬具有它的優(yōu)點：

CGY-1 field work rooms apply to short-term or long-term residence in industries such as drilling, mines, ore dressing plants, forest area, mountain area, disaster area, exploration, and drive travel. Compared with traditional tents, they have the following advantages:

1、選用專用的型材代替普通的角鋼做為活動房的主架構(gòu)用材，具有質(zhì)量輕，剛性好、強度大和邊角過度圓滑等優(yōu)點。

1. They use special profiles to replace common angle iron as the materials for the main frame of movable houses which enjoy advantages such as light weight, good rigidity, high strength, and too smooth corner.

2、在房柱與梁的連接上，采用特有的楔形連接方式，使得整個架構(gòu)的螺栓連接方式比傳統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)減少一半以上，安裝時自動定位，拆裝十分方便，安裝一個活動房只需2名職工花30分鐘即可完成。

2. In the connection between the pillars of the house and beams, the unique wedged-shaped connection type is adopted to enable the bolt connection of the whole frame is over one half less than the traditional structure. It is positioned automatically during installation, hence very easy for dismounting. It only takes 2 workers half an house to finish the installation of a movable house.

3、活動房的鋼制部分的表面在經(jīng)過化學(xué)除油、除銹和磷化等處理后進行環(huán)氧聚脂粉體涂裝，表層均勻豐潤，強度高、附著力強、具有良好的防護功能，適合野外生活環(huán)境。

3. Epoxy resin powder is painted to the surface of movable house made of steel after treatment such as alkaline degreasing, rust removal and phosphating. Its surface is even, smooth, very sticky and is very protective, which apply to wild environment.

4、結(jié)構(gòu)先進，室內(nèi)布置可塑性強，由于采用了楔形定位機構(gòu)對室內(nèi)的鋪位拆裝十分方便，可以根據(jù)室內(nèi)所住人數(shù)的多少任意增減床位，增加行李架，放置桌椅等用具。

4. The structure is advanced and the indoor arrangement is flexible. Since wedge-shaped positioning mechanism is adopted, the bed dismantling in the room becomes very easy. Beds can be increased or reduced freely according to the number of persons living in the room. Besides, luggage racks, desks and chairs etc can be added.

活動房的主體架構(gòu)按居住人數(shù)2人、4人、6人、8人、10人不等確定，外圍材料可滿足不同檔次需求：

The main frame of the movable house is determined according to the number of persons living in it, e.g. 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. The external wall materials can meet the requirements of different grades:

1、帆布屋面墻面

2、玻璃鋼屋頂，木質(zhì)墻面

2. Reinforced fiberglass roof and wooden wall

3、彩鋼板夾芯板墻面（可裝空調(diào)保溫功能）
