TDG調(diào)速定量給料機(jī)系列,采用動態(tài)給計量方式和計算機(jī)變頻控制，設(shè)備皮帶自動張緊裝置、跑偏報警保護(hù)及現(xiàn)場控制開關(guān)，具有運行穩(wěn)定、可靠性高的優(yōu)點，計量精度高，能在較惡劣的環(huán)境下正常工作，適用于建材、冶金、化工、糧食等行業(yè)的散狀物料的配料和計量，是實現(xiàn)自動化控制、穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的理想計量設(shè)備。

TDG speed governing constant weight feeders adopt dynamic  measurement method and computer frequency conversion control. They are equipped  with automatic-type belt tensioning device, running deviation alarm and filed  control switch. Enjoying advantages including steady operation, high  reliability and high measuring accuracy, such feeders can work normally under  severe environment and apply to distribution and measurement of bulk materials  in industries such as building material, metallurgy, chemical and grain. Structural Feature

1.由冷彎C型鋼板組成秤體框架，結(jié)構(gòu)新穎，強(qiáng)度大，適合于各種規(guī)格非標(biāo)秤體的設(shè)計； 

1. Cold-formed C type steel plates constitute scale frame which is  novel in design, high in strength, and applicable to non-standard scales of  various specifications.

2.一體化直聯(lián)式減速電機(jī)，國外進(jìn)口技術(shù)制造，低噪音、低震動、抗粉塵、長壽命、高可靠性；減速電機(jī)帶反力矩?fù)?板，軸裝結(jié)構(gòu)。與秤體主動滾筒直接相聯(lián)，安裝、調(diào)試與維護(hù)極其方便。

2. Integrated direct connection reducing motor is manufactured  relying on foreign technology featuring low noise, low vibration, dust  resistance, long service life, and high reliability. The reducing motor is  equipped with counter-torque supporting plate and is of shaft-mounted  structure. It is directly connected to the drive roller of scale, hence very easy  for installation, debugging and maintenance.

3.環(huán)形無接頭皮帶，可根據(jù)工藝選擇：平皮帶、擋板結(jié)構(gòu)、裙邊皮帶結(jié)構(gòu)；

3. Flat belts, belts with baffles, and belts with skirts can be  selected according to process for endless round belts.

4.獨特的X型簧片稱量機(jī)構(gòu)，簧片受力更均勻，線性與重復(fù)性更好；

4. The unique X-spring weighing mechanism enables the spring to be  under more even stress and has better linearity and repeatability.

5.弱磁式齒輪測速裝置的設(shè)計，配合測速電路真實的反應(yīng)了電機(jī)速度，測速信號準(zhǔn)確、可靠；

5. Weak-magnetic gear speed detection devices can faithfully  reflect motor speed with speed-measuring circuit. The speed measuring signals  are accurate and reliable.

6.獨特的皮帶防跑偏裝置，仿申克秤三托輥結(jié)構(gòu)，可自由調(diào)節(jié)張緊托輥；

6. Such roller is equipped with unique belt anti-deviation device  and simulated Schenck scale three rollers structure which enable frees  adjustment of tension roller.

7.秤體進(jìn)料裝置自帶托板，可控制進(jìn)料量與封料，以便秤體標(biāo)定與校零；

7. The scale feeding device is equipped with supporting plate  which can control feeding quantity for the convenience of calibration and  zero-resetting.
