RXLK型螺旋洗砂機(jī) Serew wash-sand machine
一、用途及使用范圍
1、用途:RXLK型螺旋洗砂機(jī)適用于建筑工地、砂石廠、玻璃廠、水電站等單位用砂石所需的洗選、分級(jí)和脫水,同樣適用于選礦廠,經(jīng)磨礦后對(duì)礦石的分級(jí)。
2、適用范圍洗選粒度≤10㎜。
二、工作原理
螺旋洗砂是傾斜布置的水槽下部形成的沉淀,螺旋頭部沒入沉淀池內(nèi),螺旋由電機(jī)經(jīng)減速機(jī)減速驅(qū)動(dòng)螺旋旋轉(zhuǎn),由沉淀池底部多孔板給清洗水,從而完成清洗、脫水和分級(jí)三種功能。
清洗:砂石進(jìn)入沉淀池,在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的螺旋作用下,使砂石翻滾并相互磨擦,除去覆蓋砂石表面上的雜質(zhì),同時(shí)破壞包覆砂石粒的水氣層,以利于脫水,由多孔進(jìn)入的清水形式上升水流,將比重小的顆粒及其它雜質(zhì)帶到水面經(jīng)溢流堰流出,完成清洗作用。
脫水:比重大的顆粒沉入水槽底,在水槽底彎板一邊。則螺旋將砂石向下推進(jìn),由于水槽長(zhǎng)度超出下部水線,但有一個(gè)合適的長(zhǎng)度,在向上推進(jìn)的過程中,除去砂石中多余的水份,脫出的水從槽底另一側(cè)排水溝流入沉淀池,砂石則從水槽上端排出。
分級(jí):物料的分級(jí)是通過將不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的細(xì)顆粒溢出堰來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,其控制辦法:調(diào)整溢流堰高度及調(diào)整螺旋轉(zhuǎn)速。
1.Use and application range
A.Use :RXLK type screw sand washer is applied to washing, classification and dewatering of sand-gravel in construction site, freestone factory, glass factory, hydropower station and others. It also is applied to classification of ore ground in beneficiation plant.
B.Applicable range of washing grain size:≤10 mm.
2、Operation Philosophy
Screw sand washing is to form precipitation in the lower part of inclined water tank and screw is submerged in its front part in precipitation pond. Screw is driven by motor through speed reducer. Three functions of washing, dewatering and classification of material are accomplished by supplying clean water from porous plate at the bottom of precipitation tank.
Washing:Sand-gravel sent into precipitation tank is threshed and frictionated under the action of rotation of screw to remove impurity on surface of the sand-gravel, at the same time, to destroy water-gas layer containing sand-gravel to be damaged for helping dewatering. Under the action of rising water flow from porous plate, grains with small specific gravity and other impurities are brought to water surface and discharged through overflow weir before washing process is completed.
Dewatering:Grains with large specific gravity settle in one side of bend plate of the water tank bottom. Sand-gravel is pushed downward by screw. Length of water tank exceeds lower water line. With appropriate length ,excessive water in sand-gravel is removed in the process of upward movement and dewatered water flows into precipitation tank from drain channel at another side of water tank bottom. Sand-gravel is discharged from the water tank through its upper end.
Classification:Fine grains under standard of size are discharged through overflow weir to make classification of materials with classification control method being control of height of overflow weir and rotating speed of the screw.
