IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵適用于工業(yè)和城市給排水、高層建筑增壓送水、園林噴灌、消防增壓、遠(yuǎn)距離輸送、暖通制冷循環(huán)、浴室等冷暖水循環(huán)增 壓及設(shè)備配套，使用溫度T≤80℃。

Horizontal single stage and  single suction centrifugal pump model IS applies to industrial and urban water  supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings,  sprinkling irrigation for gardens, pressurization for fire fighting, long distance  conveyance, refrigeration cycle for heating and ventilation and the  pressurization and supporting equipment for cool and water cycle at bathroom  and operates at the temperature ≤80℃.

IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵運(yùn)抵現(xiàn)場(chǎng)時(shí)，都已裝好電機(jī)；找平底座時(shí)，可不必卸下水泵和電機(jī)。按裝IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵的基礎(chǔ)平面應(yīng)用水平找平，待基礎(chǔ)水泥凝固后將IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵按裝在基礎(chǔ)上，并用水平儀檢查水平情況，如不平，應(yīng)用墊鐵調(diào)正，直到水平為止，然后通過(guò)灌漿孔由混凝土澆灌底座和地腳螺栓孔眼。水泥干固后，檢查底座和地腳螺栓是否松動(dòng)，合適后擰緊地腳螺栓的螺母，最后再檢查一下整臺(tái)機(jī)組的水平度，稍有不平時(shí)，可用斜鐵找平。IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵的吸入管路和吐出管路應(yīng)有各自的支架，不允許管路重量直接由IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵承受。泵軸與電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向應(yīng)一致，否則，以三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力時(shí)，只要把三根引線中任意兩根對(duì)換位置連接即可。IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵的按裝位置高于液面（泵的吸程允許范圍內(nèi)）時(shí)，應(yīng)在吸入管路端部裝上底閥，并在排水管路上設(shè)置灌液孔或閥門，供啟動(dòng)前灌液之用。IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵的按裝位置低于液面時(shí)，在吸入管路裝上控制閥門。IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵的按裝高度必須根據(jù)汽蝕余量NPSHr的要求，避免發(fā)生汽蝕。

Horizontal single stage and single suction  centrifugal clear water pump model IS has been provided with a motor before  arriving at the site; it's not necessary to remove the water pump and motor  during pedestal alignment. . Horizontal leveling shall be performed for the  foundation plane of horizontal single stage single suction centrifugal clear  water pump model IS. Mount the pump on foundation after the cement setting and  check the leveling condition with a level meter. In case of mis-alignment, the  iron block shall be used for alignment until the leveling is properly made. And  then pour concrete to pedestal and foundation bolt hole through injection hole.  . Check if the  pedestal and foundation bolt are loose after the cement setting. In case it is  confirmed that the pedestal and foundation bolt are properly tightened, please  screw up the nuts of foundation bolts and check the levelness of the whole  unit. Use a slide wedge for leveling when the unit is a little out of level. . The suction  line and outlet line of horizontal single stage and single suction centrifugal  clear water pump model IS shall be provided with separate supports. The weight  of pipeline is not allowed to be borne directly by the pump. . The pump  spindle and motor shall rotate in the same direction. Otherwise, you just need  to exchange the positions of any two of the three leads when three-phase  asynchronous motor is used as the drive. . When the mounting  position of horizontal single stage and single suction centrifugal clear water  pump model IS is at a level higher than the liquid level (within the allowable  range of suction lift), please mount a bottom valve at the end of suction line  and set a injection hole or valve on drain line for liquid injection before  startup. .  When the mounting position of horizontal single stage and single  suction centrifugal clear water pump model IS is at a level lower than liquid  level, please mount a control valve on suction line. . The mounting height of  horizontal single stage and single suction centrifugal clear water pump model  IS must be in accordance with the requirement of NPSHr so as to avoid cavitations.

IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵是臥式單級(jí)單吸清水離心泵，IR型泵是臥式單級(jí)單吸清水離心泵（最高工作溫度120懾氏度），供吸送清水及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似水不含固體顆粒的液體。它廣泛適用于工農(nóng)業(yè)及城市、排水、消防供水等。

As a horizontal single stage and single  suction centrifugal clear water pump (maximum working temperature 120℃),  model IS is used for suction and conveyance of clear water and the liquids with  the same physicochemical properties as water that contain no solid particulates  and is widely used in industrial, agricultural and urban drainage and fire  supply etc..

IS型單級(jí)單吸臥式清水離心泵系根據(jù)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO2858所規(guī)定的性能和尺寸設(shè)計(jì)，其技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)均向國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)靠攏，達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。它是我國(guó)推廣的節(jié)能泵類產(chǎn)品之一。

Designed according to the performance and  dimensions specified in ISO 2858 standard, horizontal single stage and single  suction centrifugal clear water pump model IS has reached a international  advanced level and become one of energy saving pumps promoted in China.

該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，性能可靠，體積小、重量輕，抗腐蝕性能好，電耗低，使用維修方便。

This pump features simple structure,  reliable performance, compactness, light weight, strong corrosion resistance,  low power consumption and convenient operation and maintenance.

IS型泵通用性廣，全系列工140種規(guī)格，但只用四種軸；同一規(guī)格的軸，軸承、軸封、葉輪緊固件等均能互換；全系列泵的懸價(jià)也只有四種。

Pump model IS is widely versatile and  include 140 specifications; however, there are only four types of shafts; the  shaft, shaft bearing, shaft gland and impeller fastener of the same  specification etc. are interchangeable; there are only four hangers for the  full line of pumps.
